There is 2acre of land granted by govt of Karnataka in 1953 ,presently transferred to my mother's name ....we have RTC in my mother's name but we don't have original saguvali chit . Now we want to get the resurvey of the land sue to dispute from nieghboring land owner.But they are saying to do resurvey and aquisition the original saguvali chit is needed .kindly advise the legalities for this situation.
