Have to file a recovery suit before civil court within 3year of the invoice date before that a legal notice can be sent to him for the recovery of the same the debt recovery tribunal has no jurisdiction to entertain such petition it has to be filed in civil court only if your offices are in Bangalore then the suit for recovery can be file in Bangalore courts
