Could somebody refer a socially active advocate to me for bringing a PIL in High/Supreme Court? I am not in a position to pay hefty fees and and therefore, I am looking for an advocate who is willing to take up the matter in the larger public interest.
I sincerely believe that coaching institutes are eating into the autonomy of schools and by outsourcing teaching responsibilities to coaching institutes, the schools are putting a question mark over their very own responsibility in educating children. Many of the coaching institutes are charging between 6 to 9 lakhs for a four year tenure, which is more than the total cost of engineering in most government colleges. This commercialisation of education is taking education beyond the means of common man and is seriously jeopardising our national mission of 'Education for All'.
I look forward to working with a socially conscious lawyer to bring about a change and restrict the operations of coaching institutes by bringing about their regulation.
Warm Regards,
