My Mother is a Retied Government Official. She gave all her Retired Money to a Business Women aged about 55 years named Manjulamma. In 2012 My Mother got in touch with her. About 15 Lakhs my Mother gave to her in Cheques. Another 40 Lakhs was through Business Rotation.

That is My Mother gave 20 Lakhs in Cash to her for 3% Monthly Interest. The Monthly Interest was not taken back it was again put for 3% Monthly Interest (Business Rotation).

Manjulamma is Running a Ladies Dress Shop, in that she is Running many Chit Funds my Mother also put few Chits, (the Interest Amount).

Manjulamma Lied she is Running Oil Factories & her Son was Doing Sites Developers Business & many Other Business as Liquor Shops, Hotels etc.,. Her Husband was Government Official, Daughter is doing KAS etc.,

Now She Closed her Shop. My Mother has find out her Own house in Siddaratha Nagar. She is Refusing to Pay back the Money. Also She is Saying She has taken only 15 Lakhs from my Mother. The Cash & Interest Amount has no Proofs.

That 15 Lakhs also She pays when it is Possible to her. She & her Son has gone Big Loss in Business. Her Husband was not her real Husband. Daughter Married & got separated from her. She is now paying Rs. 5000/- only once in 6 Months. That too Irregularly.

___________------------------------------------________________

But the Actual Question is She gave Only One Blank Cheque in Initial Stage in 2012. I am Planning to Write 60 Lakhs on that Blank Cheque. & Bounce that Cheque.

Put Cheque bounce Case on her Making her to go to Jail. 60 Lakhs because of Interest & Other Court Fees & other Burdens.

Will That Single Cheque Legally suits 60 Lakhs Capacity. Will it Bounce Legally? Somebody says Blank Cheque value is 50K only Maximum.

Now She has the Option to sell her House & pay 60 Lakhs Cheque Bounce or go to Jail.

Her Son can give Blank Cheques now also. He agreed to give 5 Blank Cheques because of Delay in Paying 15 Lakhs. But I did not received Cheques from him till date.

Dear Arun,

Kindly be sure to present the cheque before 90 days of the date of cheque.

Cheques of above 2lacs should be cleared through the accounts; thats it. There is no limitation of 50K on cheques.

But for the sake of the situation; you should collect atleast 10 cheques from the son.

Before all of that let me ask you one thing; how those all money were transacted in her name???

May feel free to contact me on 9809991637
